State Fund of Regional Development
State Fund of Regional Development allows to fund regional development projects in Ukraine on a competitive basis and in accordance with regional development strategies and action plans for their implementation.In 2019 Nizhyn submitted an application of 10 projects to the Fund for participation in the competitive selection:
1. Implementation of the system for the separate collection of household waste in Nizhyn.
2. Purchase of medical equipment for Nizhyn Local Maternity Hospital for the provision of perinatal care of level II (Nizhyn, Moscovska Street, 21A).
3. Construction of a recreation and health complex with swimming pools -typical building of the pool "H2O-Classic", (Nizhyn, Nezalezhnosty Street).
4. Reconstruction of a racetrack at the "City Stadium" (Nizhyn, Razumovskyi Street, 5).
5. Complex repair of the boxing hall (Nizhyn, Prylutska Street, 156).6. Complex repair of the main building of the communal medical and prophylactic institution "Nizhyn Central City Hospital named after Mykola Halytsky" (Nizhyn, Moscovska Street, 21)
7. Reconstruction of kindergarten on Shevchenko Street, 97 E.
8. Construction of the drainage system on Nezalezhnosty Street.
9. Creation of "Transparent office" - improvement of business conditions in the Nizhyn.
10. Establishment of school for small and medium-sized business in Nizhyn.
All projects implemented by the State Fund of Regional Development are available on the website - dfrr.minregion.gov.ua. It is a transparent system, which allows not only regional commissions or deputies, but also every citizen of Ukraine on-line to get acquainted with those investment programs and projects that are implemented in his/her area, district or municipalities at the expense of the Fund.
